The "Tract List" compiled by Quentin dates the San Pablo Avenue Villa Tract at 1891. The area shown on this drawing is bounded by Villa St. on the south and what is today, Stanford St. on the north. The intersecting streets are 8th St., 9th St., 10th St., 11th St. 12th St., and San Pablo Ave. The numbered streets dead-end at Villa and Stanford. The western part of this Tract is probably in Emeryville; it would appear that the numbered streets are now Doyle, Beaudry, Vallejo, Fremont, and Marshall Sts. The area shown here is identical to that of artifact h69.38.1577
