On the back, "Hospitality House, Oakland, Calif."

Photo shows the interior of Hospitality House during World War II. On the right side of the photo is a sailor, in uniform standing in front of a row of glass fronted counters talking with a woman who's standing behind the counter. On the walls in the background are drawings and sketches presumably done by soldiers and sailors visiting the establishment at various points throughout the war. On the left side of the image, is a long table where several men appear to be doing some sort of crafts or drawings. A sign in the back ground over the table says "Craft Corner."
