Basket, burden, for seeds. Description: possibly Achomawi; twined; conical beargrass and black fiber; wide, rounded tip; two leather thongs on one side of tump line. Condition: good. Dimensions: 18 3/4" x 23". "Achomawi seed burden basket for gathering grass seeds and carrying loads. The black fiber referred to in above description is peeled redbud bark.
