Basket. Description: Possibly from Ruby Valley Reservation, Nevada. COiled, willow, fibers for design have been dyed black, yellow, red, green, flowers and "swastikas" with band at top of connected diamonds. Condition:good, some wear on bottom, colors faded. Remarks: Basket bore a round, metal rimmed tag reading 'S-48'. This does not correspond to any currently known acc.# Storage:Great Basin/Shoshone. "Western Shoshone basket."
