Hat. Description: Hat, brown velvet with gold cord tassel in the form of wheat, black elastic cord, tag form "Hats by Alma, Oakland, California" stamped "Made in Italy" on inside of felt. Condition excellent. 4 1/2" high. History: (was originally purchased from shop near or in Leamington Hotel, Oakland.) Expensive hat! Very beautiful, worn with elegant crepe dress or full mink coat.
