Hat. Description: Hat, small sailor type of black feathers, decorated at left front with a poof of stripped pink feathers, and with dotted black veiling worn a the back; held on by means of a black felt band which expands to fit the head with a black elastic loop on the right side. Condition excellent. 8" x 11" x 5 1/2". History: same as item .2 "doll hat". Right after the war, did we get giddy! Great feathers. (Joan Severa, 3/10/1994)
