Writing in ink at top edge. Condition: Fair, emulsion is silvering-out extensively, finger prints etched ibto emulsion. 8 x 10". History: Klinkner residence, west side of San Pablo Ave., opposite 59th St. Chas. A. and Katherine V. Klinkner on the porch. History: Plate was taken by Charles S. Klinkner, Jr., son of Charles Klinkner, Sr., who founded the town. The donor is the grandson of the senior and nephew of the photographer.
