One hat. Description: Visca cloche hat with small brim (hand crochet straw); beige-cream colored hat with floral (open) designs at crown and on sides, tan-beige velvet ribbon hat band; cream belting inside with Miss Helen label. Condition: very good. 12" x 13" x 3 1/2". History: Miss Helen said that the Visca hoods (this hat having been blocked from a hood) usually came from Europe, primarily Italy. Remarks: Label in hat does not necessarily reflect real date of hat. Not 1930's, more like 1927. The pleats are coming apart. This is a cloche. (Joan Severa, 3/8/1994)
