Description: a: wooden board with 5 vertical holes, into which fit decorative picks, and two large holes for screws, "Barbeque Time, Give your guests a real treat, Put these in their chunks of meat"; b: red steer head marked "Well Done"; c: Cowboy marked "Raw"; d: Cowboy marked "Burnt"; e: Cowboy marked "Medium Well"; f: red steer head marked "Medium". Dimensions: a: 13" x 1 1/2" x 1/2"; b, f: 2" x 4 1/2" x 1 1/4"; c-e: 4 3/4" x 2" x 1" Condition: very good History: All made in Japan. From the History Information Station: Object: Meat markers, to show doneness of meat. History: These whimsical little markers were for decorating steaks as they came off the grill.
