Stir-fry skimmers. Description: Set of two, one with larger bowl. Brass with almost flat circular spoon, self handles bent to form hanging hook. Most probably of Chinese mafg. Dimensions: 7-1/2" long, 7" long. History: Belonged to Jack Ishi and used by him during his internment at Topaz during WWII, part of box made by him and filled with kitchen utensils found in basement of the Hendricks home for whom he worked afterwards until his retirement.
