Description: brass tape measure in the shape of a man's straw boater hat; "Most Hats Cover The Head This Covers The Feet" lettered on the crown; pale green tape is printed in inches only on one side. Dimensions: 2" x 2-1/4" x 1" condition: very good (black paint at hat band is coming off) History: Purchased by Betty Ault in Bethesda, Maryland on March 22, 1966 for $2.50.
