Photograph shows the limos and hearse parked at the curb during the funeral ceremony for George Jackson, a Soledad Brother who was killed trying to escape from San Quentin. A large interracial crowd is gathered around the cars making the black power symbol. One man has crawled up a telephone pole and is looking down at the crowd or taking a photograph. The crowd is turned toward the hearse and possibly the coffin coming out of the church (but if the coffin is being removed from the church, the view is blocked in the photograph by a large bush.)
