This short, bouffant petticoat has a "--ney Bush" label at the waist which has been interpreted to read "Honey Bush", "100% nylon". The petticoat was worn under wedding gown (H95.27.1). It was probably purchased at I. Magnin in Oakland, because that's where the lace wedding gown was purchased.
