The streets are virtually cleared of people and only a few cars driving on the street. Several streetcars coming up the street. Groups of police officers spread up and down the street. In the background is the sign for Capwell and the Paramount theater along with several other stores. Christmas decorations hanging from the street lights, garland and wreaths.
