Handwritten on the back, "4th quarter, Ray May intercepts Blanda pass intended for Chester. Clipping, "Dec. 23, 1976--Ray May of Colts intercepts last-gasp pass to Raymond Chester in '70 championship game." From exhibition label: "1970 TITLE HOPES DASHED, January 3, 1971--Ray May of the Baltimore Colts intercepts a last second pass to Raymond chester in the 1970 AFC Championship game. As rollicking as the Raiders' Oakland years were, there was frustration as well. The Colt loss marked the third consecutive year the team had lost in the AFC title game. The Raiders dominated the all-conference team with receivers Warren Wells and Fred Biletnikoff, quarterback Daryle Lamonica, fullback hewritt Dixon, center Jim Otto, tackle Harry Schuh, guard Gene Upshaw, defensive lineman Tom Keating and cornerback Willie Brown earning the honors. Raymond Chester was named conference Rookie of the Year."
