Silver and Black, Raiders Exhibit, September 1995-January 1996

Photo shows a Steeler carrying the ball being tackled by five Raiders. At the point the photo was taken, the Steeler player is still on his feet carrying the Raiders players. From exhibition label: "AFC SUPER POWERS, December 26, 1976--The Steelers and the Raiders were the powers of the AFC in the early to mid-1970s, meeting in the 1972 through 1976 playoffs. The Raiders had lost three consecutive playoff matchups with Pittsburgh when they met in the 1976 AFC Championship. Steeler running back Rocky Bleir (right) is gang tackled by a host of Silver and Black defenders, during the 1976 Raider regular season victory. Raider fullback Mark Van Eeghen runs through a wide hole in the Steeler defense and Oakland fans rush on the field following a 24-7 Raider playoff win."
