Handwritten on the back, "Old Moore Shipyard-Oakland." Photo is an aerial shot of the shipyard ten years after the company went out of business. In the upper left corner of the photo are train tracks and several freight trains. Some of the buildings of the shipyard are still standing and the docks are still extended into the water. In the upper right corner is one section of the shipyard with piles of debris littering the ground and several large cranes either for loading the ships or for demolishing the buildings. One cargo ship is parked at one of the docks.
