Handwritten on the back, "Ship on outfitting dock being sanded (sand blasted) looks like ghost of WWII at old Moore Shipyard." Photo shows a decrepit dock in the foreground with wood debris littering the ground. Behind the dock is the ghostly image of a cargo ship. The dust from the sand blasting is creating the ghostly appearance. Behind the ship can be seen several large freight cranes.
