Handwritten on the back, "Ship on outfitting dock being sanded looks like ghost ship of WWII vintage- old Moore Shipyard." Photo shows the yard area of the shipyard with several deserted and decrepit looking buildings. On the left side is the steel base, possibly of a crane, with a sign attached that says "Victory Way." In the background is the ghostly image of a cargo ship being sand blasted. Also in the background are several large freight cranes.
