Displaying the new award are (left to right) Joseph A. Moore Jr., president; Eleanor Fledderman, office worker; Marjorie Olsen, former school teacher turned welder, and Al Wiedemann, shipfitter." Photo shows Moore, wearing a suit, standing next to Fledderman who is holding one end of a flag with a large "M" and two stars. On the right side of the photo is Olsen, holding the other end of the flag, and wearing overalls, a long-sleeved shirt, and a hankerchief over her hair. Standing next to her is Wiedemann wearing trousers, a flannel shirt and a hard hat. He has his hands stuck in his pockets.
