Handwritten on the back, "Oak. airport." Photo is an aerial view of the airport showing the three administration/terminal buildings and five hangars; planes parked on the left side and a car parking lot on the right side of the buildings. Handwritten in white ink at the bottom "Present Road to Alameda" and an arrow pointing down. Written on the road next to the buildings "To San Leandro" and an arrow. A long solid white line and another line with cross marks is drawn up and across the photo, one side says "Railroad" and the other "Proposed Highway." A solid white area toward the top says "Channel." Next to this "100 Acre Industrial Tract For Aircraft Factories." On the left side "To Oakland via Alameda" and an arrow pointing up.
