Tribune clipping on the back, July 19, 1938 "Oakland Airport." Handwritten, "Oakland Airport Used in 1938 Yearbook pg 40. 4/14/38." Photo is a low level aerial view of the buildings of the airport. On the right side of the buildings is a parking lot and on the left are all of the planes parked in rows near the runway. The hangar buildings shows are the Fillmore hangar with "Oakland" painted on the roof, and the Duck Air Services hangar with "Shell Aviation Service No. 51" painted on the roof. The other three hangars just have the hangar's number painted above the door and not the name of a particular company.
