Original envelope read, "Oakland, Washington Street." Negative shows a street with construction work of some sort down the middle of the street. Several workmen are working in this area. Several building, including the Plaza Building which houses the United Cigar Store. Next door is the New City Hall Restaurant. People are walking on the sidewalks. The building on the far left appears to be city hall.
