Original envelope read, "Oakland. San Pablo and 20th." Negative shows a large hotel in the center of the photo. A sign on the front of the building proclaims that the hotel is being leased through Laymance Real Estate Co. The name of the hotel is not visible. Some construction appears to be going on in the bottom floor. The hotel is surrounded by small homes.
