Handwritten on the back, "Exterior passenger concourse. Oakland Airport." Photo shows the airport terminal with several moveable passenger staircases and luggage conveyor belts parked outside the building. A little "mule" or tractor is towing two empty flat bed luggage trailers away from the terminal. In the distance is a United Airlines plane pulled up near the terminal. Also visible is the air traffic control tower.
