Handwritten on the back, "crowd Oak. Airport fooged in." Tribune captions, Jan. 3, 1980- "Fogged in at the Oakland Airport." Feb. 8, 1990- "Oakland International Airport passenger traffic is up while Delta Airlines plans new service to Dallas." Photo shows passengers sitting in chairs and standing in long lines in the area in front of the ticket counters at the airport. Everyone has their luggage sitting at their feet. The only airline sign that is clear above the ticket counter is United Airlines. In the center of the photo is a blurred area where people moved while the photo was being taken.
