On the right side of the street is Laird's Stationery, Hotel Menlo, and the Easton Building, among others whose signs are not visible. On the left is Bittner's, Hotel St. Mark, and the Tribune building with the sign for KLX radio station, which was located at the top of the Tribune tower, lite up. All of the street lights and store signs are lite up.
