Handwritten on the back, "... eye veiw of Franklin Street." Photo shows cars, including a police car, driving down Franklin Street. Cars are parked at the curbs on either side of the street. On the right side, one of the buildings is the Hotel St. Mark. On the left side of the street, is Jack's Hot Dogs with a delivery truck double parked in front of the restaurant. Further down the street is the Tribune building.
