Handwritten in blue pencil on the back of the photo, "Bay Bridge Traffic during general strike Dec 3 and 4th--Dec 7, 1946." Photo shows a lot of cars coming off and going onto the bridge. To the left side is a building with several police cars parked next to it. A couple of buses are among the other cars.
