Photo shows the fabric department and the candy counter at Capwells in Oakland. The two departments sit side-by-side near one of the entrances. The candy counter has a glass front showing the trays of different candy inside. A couple of fruit baskets are displayed on one end of the counter. Candy boxes and other items are sitting here and there on top of the counter as well as a scale and a cash register. Bolts of material are stacked side-by-side in the fabric department with two headless mannequins modeling two different styled dresses.
