Photo shows the fabric department at Capwells in Oakland. In the center of the photo is a mannequin modeling a dress. Drapped material is hanging from the wall behind her. She is set on a small platform next to a three-step staircase with baskets of flowers sitting on each stair by the railing. On the other side of the mannequin are the bolts of fabric.
