Tribune caption on the back, "Jan. 31, 1950-- The presidential trolley car, Oakland, which was specially built for McKinley's use." Handwritten below caption, "Q-Z Centennial Street trans." Photo shows a trolley car stopped on what appears to be Broadway in downtown Oakland. The trolley is decorated with stripped bunting. On man is at the wheel and another man is standing beside him. The sign on the side of the car says "Oakland." The buildings in the background are decorated with a few American flags and stripped bunting.
