Photo shows a section of the garden of the Delger manion with a tea house(?). The little house is quite small with an open arched doorway and peaked roof. The windows have both shades and curtins visible. Through the open doorway can be seen a wicker lounge chair and table. A cement pathway leads to the tea house and divides the sections of lawn on either side of the little house. In the background can be seen part of a windmill and a portion of a water tower.
