Poster printed with yellow, orange, green, gray, and black ink on white paper. An irregular black stripe outlines a page background that transitions from yellow at top to orange at bottom. An oval border at center contains a large 'X' of flowers created by bicycle tires cutting through gray ground patterned with cars and clouds of smoke. A male bicyclist throws pieces of paper in the air at lower left, and a female cyclist lifts a bottle in the air at lower right.
