A stately old 2-1/2 storey house on a quiet street. The house has two bay windows on the main level, and one at the top level. There is a basement at the ground level. A large veranda is the right side, and a cupola adorns the roof. A stairway to the main level is at left. A low iron fence rims the boundaries of the house. The house occupies the corner of a street. In front of the house there is an open top automobile is parked. A triangular tip of a lawn suggests a park across form the house. The large trees on the street suggest an older neighborhood. A pencilled notation on the back of the photo (torn at the left lower corner) suggests that this is the intersection of "13th & Brush ?"
