The Tribune photo, dated October 5, 1991, has the following caption on the back: "This Blackhawk home ranks seventh on the list of Eastbay water users." A handwritten notation also on the back reads "937 Eagle Ridge Dr. #7 on the top 100 list [of water users]." A large sprawling [modern] mansion on the crest of a hill, fronting on a grass lawn. The house is split level with at least two firplaces. What is not shown may be a major part of the high water usage: a swimming pool.
