The handwritten notation on the back of the photo reads " U.S. Navy Reservist Megan Hope Work[sic] on a C-9 aircraft." In the photo Hope is standing underneath the wing of an aircraft, using a wrench of some sort [torque wrench? socket wrench?] to tighten or loosen a bolt slightly above eye level.
