Map is white paper, printed in black and orange color. Map shows the entire West Coast from San Diego to Vancouver, B.C., with the Redwood Empire shaded in orange, and an arrow pointing to Eureka and the location of the Eureka Inn. The reverse side features a description of the Eureka Inn, as well as several photographs of the inn, redwood trees, and people participating in sports: fishing, hunting, golf, swimming, canoeing, and horseback riding. Map was part of the estate of Col. Kenneth Scurr, who was briefly stationed at Ft. Ord during World War II.
