Rectangular banner, made of white cotton, handprinted in blue ink "God Bless Our Men in Viet Nam." It has a border around it made of red and white stripped cotton fabric with a red, blue, white and ocher stripped cotton fabric band in the center. The border is machine stitched to the banner. It has two small elastic bands attached to the top right corner and top center, probably for hanging the banner.
