Blue denim women's jeans are embellished with many fancy details. Almost the entire proper left leg is covered by a cotton plain weave applique featuring the painted image of an Indian woman and a blue-skinned Hindu deity. The applique is decorated with many colors of sequins accenting features of the painted design. The jeans also feature an embellished waistband of blue silk velvet with beaded imitation pearl fringe running along the bottom of the waistband. The original back pockets of the jeans were removed, and one was decorated with a red heart-shaped applique featuring rhinestones and rosettes of satin ribbon. The pockets were then replaced with the raw edges exposed. The upper part of the front pockets of the jeans have been covered with turquoise color satin. The center back seam of the jeans has been covered by a band of block-printed black and white cotton plain weave featuring a floral design. The bottom edges of both legs have been decorated with a narrow band of white fabric covered in iridescent bugle beads. "Voyage" brand, size 26.
