From "Hannon, Robert" folder. From caption on back of photograph: "Safety Awards - Robert E. Hannon (left), chairman of the Board of Supervisors, congratulates Lt. Joseph Sheehan after presenting him with a County Employee Safety Award for the Sherriff's department 22 per cent improved record last year. This was only one of the award certificates presented to county departments at yesterday's luncheon. Over 35 county commission heads, 15 city work safety commissioners, with state officials as guests, attended the luncheon." Supervisor Robert Hannon is shaking the hand of Lt. Sheehan to his proper left. He wears a tag with his name on it. Sheehan is holding in his left hand the award plaque that he just recieved.
