Black and white film negative includes an aerial view of buildings constructed on a grid plan. Low buildings with vertical windows are seen extending into the background at center right and left. A cluster of large multi-story buildings appears at top right, and an electrical pole is visible at lower right. Trees and grassy land are visible along the upper and lower margin of the photograph.
