This vest is made of a textured weave (appears to be brocaded and embossed, with textured horizontal ribs forming the "baclground"). The collar is shawl-like, but narrow at the bottom, and with "notched lapels." There are four pockets in the front, two on either side. The vest is lined and back with a twill weave and is seamed down the center back, inside and outside. The cinch belt across the back is engaged. Four mother of pearl studs are in place in the single row of eyelets at the front.
