Verso has "# Truckers daughter 1976 (print 2/79)" handwritten in pencil along lower edge. Bottom right corner has a blue circle sticker with #14 handwritten in black ink and a black ink stamp that reads, "Kate Kline May San Francisco" stamped twice.

Black and white photograph of a small girl standing in front of a speckled wall holding a plastic shopping bag in front of her. She is wearing glasses and a white blouse with a plaid skirt and has several buttons pinned to her. One button reads "Peterbilt." The bag she is holding has advertisement for Kendall Motor Oils, with the slogan "do you engine a Favor..."
