Verso has "Leonard, age 14 1976 KKMay #1 1/1" handwritten in pencil on the lower right edge. Bottom right corner has a blue circle sticker with #36 handwritten in black ink and a black ink stamp that reads, "Kate Kline May San Francisco" stamped twice.
