Poster has a photo of a brick building with a mural painted on its side, overall. The mural depicts a giant skeleton draped in the flags of the United States of America, Great Britain, and the USSR. The giant skeleton is standing above a city (London) with its feet on either side of a river. From its right hand the skeleton is dispensing cruise missiles over the city, there are more missiles protruding from a pocket in its garment. Behind the large skeleton figure there is a large double mushroom cloud rising from the horizon. The lower portion of the mushroom cloud is purple and red and contains stylized faces screaming and expressing pain. The upper portion of the mushroom cloud is purple and yellow and contains a stylized image of the earth. On the right edge of the mural a human hand is releasing a dove toward the head of the large skeleton figure. The dove is shown in five stages as it appears to approach the head of the skeleton figure it transforms into a peace sign. On the side of the building to right of the mural is the text: "Nuclear / Dawn / No Cruise Missiles / Opened By / Hugh Jenkins / President of C.N.D. / 21st February 1981 / ᄅ WARP '81 / 223-4220".
