Bottom margin has small, white text reading "No Alcohol or Drugs. Not responsible got accidents , theft or lost envelopes."
This is a glossy poster with a background of purple and orange clouds with a mountain landscape along the bottom of the page. Orange text inside a yellow rectangle at the top of the page reads "Shakopee Mdewekanton Sioux Community / Wacipi" and continues in yellow with "Annual Pow Wow - August 20, 21, 22, 2004". To the right of this text is an elaborately costumed figure with orange and yellow fringe. There is a small American flag in the upper left corner and a small Canadian flag in the upper right corner. Yellow text below the upper rectangle reads "Experience Native American Dance, Crafts, and Foods". The bottom 2/3 of the page contains 3 vertical, rectangles of slightly opaque white backgrounds. Black text in these boxes gives a program for the pow wow. The "Mdewakanton" emblem is in the bottom of the far right box above "Prior Lake, MN". Another slightly opaque box in the bottom right corner contains large, black text reading "Open to the Public" and gives resources for more information. |
