Poster has an image of a dog laying on its side, its face out of the frame. Imposed over the top of the poster is printed white handwriting repeating the phrases "Stupid", "quiet", dumb dog" and "shut up". In the white at the bottom of the poster is black text reading "FBI experts know that serial rapists and killers often have histories of animal abuse. if you know someone has abused animals, tell a parent, a teacher, or the cops before they do it again." followed by a number and website for more information.
