This poster promotes "a Festive Rally / for Clean, Affordable, Public Power". It lists events at the "State Capital building, Sacramento" rally as an "Alternative energy fair, live bands, theater performance, speakers, poetry, and games for kids." The background of the poster is yellow with alternating black sections creating a sunburst patter in the top _ of the page. There is a row of rudimentary human figures separating the top of the poster from "Presented By Acorn, Global Exchange, Greenaction And Greenpeace / Power Shift". There is a list of "Endorsers" at the bottom of the page.
