Poster has black ink printed on white paper. At the top and bottom is "All Cops / Are Pigs!" Centered on the poster is a stylized image of a bipedal pig wearing a hat, pants and boots with a hole in the right toe, holding a donut and baton and smoking a cigarette. A star with a skull on it is pinned to the pig''s bare chest. The belt buckle on the pig reads "F.O.P." To the left of the pig is a list of federal offices that is crossed out. At the right is "Smash / The / Police / State!!!"
